Our facilitators lead group sessions that hardwire leadership capability into our clients. They encourage reflection around tropes that, if left improperly addressed, can hinder participants from reaching their full potential.  

Group Sessions 

Each GAE participant and their manager will have access to multiple one-on-one coaching sessions where they receive guidance on how to integrate the group session concepts into their daily work activities and objectives.  

Coaching Sessions

In addition, managers receive invitations to fireside chats on the topic of leadership, and past program participants will be brought on as mentors to not only reinforce the teachings of the GAE with their colleagues but also refine their own capabilities while modeling what success and transformation through the GAE looks like.
