Programs for
People Managers

Diversity and culture work has traditionally focused on the development of underrepresented individuals.

Koi Collective believes the true power of diversity is exercised when managers understand themselves and how to best tap into and support each member of their team.

The Atlas of Leading People Program is a 12-month peer coaching program designed to equip leaders with the skills required to effectively manage, grow, and leverage their talent and better position their teams for long-term success. This creates agency during both times of certainty and periods of instability.

The concepts of diversity and inclusion can be owned by organizations; however, driving equity is a direct responsibility of mangers and must be customized for each employee. Equity Through Action is a 3-month program that helps leaders navigate 3 key areas: understanding employee needs, managing the perception of inequality that may derive from the creation of equity, and providing employees with the resources necessary to create equity.

Equity Through Action

This offers small group conversations that allow managers to realize insights about themselves by developing the ability to recognize, acknowledge, and address personality traits, belief systems, and assumptions that may be unintentional barriers to authentic engagement.
