Growth Alignment Experience

Through a unique and targeted approach—leveraging executive coaching and workshops—that focuses on helping diverse talent identify and align their authentic selves with organizational goals, the Growth Alignment Experience (GAE) is a 6-month, comprehensive journey to self-actualization.

It enlightens and empowers diverse employees and their managers, so they are better equipped to tackle the toughest and most dynamic organizational problems.

The GAE Curriculum

ChangeChamp is a science-based, user-friendly personal development tool built like a fun card game. ChangeChamp is a science-based, user-friendly personal development tool built like a fun card game.

Begin Your Journey Each Change Champ deck of cards focuses on a specific behavior change topic, providing users with a structured and interactive approach to personal development. The box contains 91 cards, with action prompts, QR codes that link to corresponding micro-learning videos, and downloadable journal pages to facilitate reflection, recording, and progress tracking.

Group Sessions

Koi Collective facilitators will lead 3 group sessions to drive learning and reflection around tropes that hinder underrepresented individuals from reaching their full potential. These include internalized oppression, skill alignment, branding, and networking. ​

Each GAE participant has six one-on-one 60-minute coaching sessions where they’ll receive guidance on how to integrate the group session concepts into their daily activities and objectives. The managers of these participants are required to join the last two coaching sessions. ​

Each participant manager is invited to two 90-minute collaborative workshops where we’ll dive into topics like Understanding, Accepting, and Mitigating Fears, Uncertainty, Biases and Supporting Others, Inclusive Leadership, and Allyship, Empathy and Psychological Safety, etc.

By leveraging the Moments that Matter Framework, we identify opportunities and provide strategies for behavior change in the workplace.

Through analyzing the client’s operations, we identify opportunities for improvement. For example, a more streamlined recruitment process or increasing representation across the organization.

We then provide toolkits that address the issues identified. Some of the resources we offer include process improvement maps, step-by-step manuals, videos, or scripts for leaders. These solutions are of course customizable to clients and their budgets.
